Is delivery free?
Delivery within the UAE is complimentary on orders over 300 AED. For smaller orders the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Start a return by emailing lux-way@hotmail.com or through our contact page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Frames and lenses
Do the lenses protect against UV?
Navigation 01 frames are listed with UV400 protection. The protection for each frame is shown on its product page.
How do I know if a frame will fit?
Each model's measurements are shown on its product page under Fit & dimensions and Frame details: lens width, bridge and temple length. For example, SUHAIL 01 measures 47 mm lens width, 22 mm bridge and 145 mm temple. For any fit question, write to us through the contact page.
